With our backgrounds in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Sound & Frequency Work, Reiki and Ayurveda, the opportunity was to extend the benefits of our approaches to people across the country.

We offer one and two-day retreats in carefully selected country house hotels. The retreats can be crafted to suit your individual interests, enabling you to gain an insightful introduction to different holistic approaches to mental, physical and spiritual well-being, discovering which resonate most for you and your onward development journey.
